Enjoy cooking with a glass of red (or white) wine.
Any leftovers are microwave friendly! (But this dish is so mouthwateringly delicious that you will not have any leftovers!)
Instructions
Step 1. In a pan, heat your choice of cooking oil on medium. Began with sautéing the onions. Then add the garlic, ginger, and chilis. Allow it to cook for about 3-5 minutes. Continue adding tikka masala, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Transfer the sautéed veggies to a food processor and add a 1/2 cup of water. Mix until smooth.
Step 2. Transfer the mixture back to the pan. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water, plain yogurt, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Then, allow the sauce to simmer on low heat.
Step 3. In a large iron cast skillet, heat butter on medium. Then add the pre-made gnocchi to the skillet. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4. Pour the tikka masala sauce over the gnocchi, add some shredded Amul cheese, and enjoy!
