Yield: ~ 10 personal pizzas

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup onion, finely chopped

½ cup red pepper, finely chopped

½ cup cabbage, finely chopped

½ cup tomatoes, diced

Naan

Maggi Hot and Sweet Sauce

Tomato Sauce

Amul Cheese

Chaat Masala

Butter

Masti Tips!

  • If you want to increase the serving amount, the vegetables are used in a 1:1:1:1 ratio for this recipe.

  • Recommended brands for naan: Stonefire or Kontos

  • If you choose to melt the cheese, add it while the pizza is on the griddle and cover with a melting dome.

  • We also used the Maggi brand tomato sauce, however you are welcome to use your own preferred brand!

  • Add extra amul cheese for extra fun! Then extra cardio the next day... (We bought a block of amul cheese from the Indian grocery store)

Preparation:

  • In a large mixing bowl add the onions, red peppers, cabbage, and tomatoes. Add 1 tbsp of chaat masala and 2 tbsp of 'Maggi hot and sweet' sauce. Mix well and set it aside.

  • In a bowl, add a 1:1 ratio of 'Maggi Hot and Sweet Sauce' and the Tomato sauce. Mix well and set it aside.

  • Heat the griddle on medium and place the naan on each side for about 30 seconds to warm it up. Set it aside.

Assembling:

1. Heat the griddle on high. Spread butter on the bottom side of the naan and place it on the griddle.

2. While the naan begins to get toasty, spread about 2 - 3 tbsp of the sauce on the naan. Then spread about 3 - 4 tbsp of the vegetables. Remove the pizza from the griddle in 3-5 minutes (depending on how crunchy you prefer).

3. Slice the pizza, shred amul cheese on top, sprinkle some chaat masala, and serve warm!
